My wife and I just experienced our first car buying from Lamoureux and John B got us into our perfect car. We knew what we needed as we have a growing family and John was able to go over all our options with us, he took all the stress out of it and had us test drive what would become our new car after listening to what we wanted/needed. My wife's family has been buy from Lamoureux for over 30 years and now I see why. If I could shout from mountain tops how easy John made this for us, I would.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle here and I have to say it was very easy to do. Bob P. was my sales professional and was there for me from start to finish. There was no pressure at all while I was there looking at vehicles. The buying process was smooth and didn't take a long time to complete. Everyone was following covid-19 guidelines as well. I highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a new super duty f350 truck from this dealership. We dealt with John Snelling. I have to say this was the by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. It was an order for a custom built truck that involved much attention to detail. John helped us through every step we took before the purchase as well as with the delivery process. He made sure we left there feeling quite confident with our new truck. Definitely would recommend this dealership.

So far it appears the service department at Lamoureux Ford did what I asked with regard to the fluid changes on my truck. The reason for the three stars is because the service advisor’s lack of concern or thoroughness. I called for a price to have the work done; upon completion the bill was $300 more than quoted. As it turns out, Mitchell wouldn’t be bothered to review the actual price schedule for the services I had asked for.nI was hoping for a better experience than I’d received at the larger Ford dealerships a little more east. However, I will not be returning to this dealership since I cannot trust them.
