I came in for the first time a couple days ago, and although there was a screw-up with the phone call (must have been a problem on my end), they handled it professionally and kept me happy. I got a great cut at a reasonable price. I don't really know how to talk barber/hair lingo, so I just showed him a picture from when I had a good hair day and he went off of that!
