I joined ILKB about a month ago and I love it! I get a new workout each time I come to class, the staff is helpful, and the fitness tips of the day are amazing! I find myself leaving class energized and ready to take on the day or pile of work at home. It is an amazing full body workout and the staff walks you through each step!
Definitely the best workout I've done! The staff is simply amazing and always full of energy! My partner and I have become more active from playing tennis to biking and hiking and I feel like kickboxing in between has helped so much with making other activities easier. It is hard and tiring during the sessions but it is so worth it. I always feel energized and great afterwards. Definitely worth everything!
I started going to ILoveKickboxing about a month ago. It’s been an amazing experience. The combination of very enthusiastic and supportive staff and instructors, amazing people in each class and a clean, large studio have really helped me work on my exercise and health goals. The complete 7 day schedule of classes works very well with my busy lifestyle. I highly encourage anyone to give it a try in the area.
I started kickboxing a little over a month ago, and I am officially hooked! I was extremely nervous about putting myself out there and getting started, but the instruction crew at the Fitchburg campus are amazing!! They made everything about the process easy and it was fun to jump right in and get started!! The workout is fantastic and the instructors break down each step which is extremely helpful. Questions are encouraged and modifications are always available if needed. Seriously… if you have any interest in kickboxing, come join the Fitchburg family!!! You won’t be disappointed!
I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing Fitchburg. The staff are friendly, welcoming, encouraging and constructively instructive. The staff are all very well trained and are helping me improve my overall health and ability while also encouraging me to set goals. I am feeling my body change – pants are getting loose, muscles are getting stronger and I mentally WANT to go to classes! I am SO glad I joined!!
