My child takes Karate at MMAC and the differences they've made in him are incredible. Not only does he love training here and working with the other kids but his confidence is through the roof. He trained at another local school and was really bored and wanted to quit. We checked this place out in hopes that he would want to continue with the Martial Arts and he's totally addicted now. The instructors are really patient and encourage the kids to work hard and to give 100%.

I was about 15-20lbs. overweight and always wanted to learn Brazilian Jiu JItsu. When I stopped at MMAC and met Chris I quickly realized this was the place for me. Everyone was very supportive and eager to help me improve. After a few months I lost all the weight I wanted to and look and feel great. I'm amazed at how quickly I was able to learn the basics of BJJ and how much fun I have in class.
