Ken took over for his dad who started this upholstery business in 1947. Old school but has the knowledge and history to back it up. He did the interior on my 1953 Chevy and I was super happy with it. I’ve seen some pretty serious collector cars in there as well so I think he has some picky people who trust his work. He’s a hot ticket. Might not be updating his holiday business hours on here and doesn’t have a website, but he’s good.
Horrible customer service! Called them at 2pm today and asked what time they would be open till - they replied 4pm. I then told them I would be down prior to 4pm, so that they could take a look at a upholstery project I had.nnI then took off from work early and got there a little past 3pm, place is totally closed up. Tried to call them - no answer.nnWhat a way to run a business, close up when you know someone is on their way down. Ruined my afternoon.nnWas able to call a place in Southbridge instead that did wait for me and gave me a good quote. Since I have a LOT more work to be done, guess I will be taking using the place in Southbridge over Rusmart. . .
