All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming! From start to close the whole process is stress free and enjoyable. Dwayne is the best Salesman to work with.... he is so knowledgeable about all of the cars and can give options to what would fit your lifestyle!! He makes the whole experience so easy! I will definitely be returning and recommending!!

In October 2020, I bought my second car from Bertera Nissan and again I was extremely happy with the experience I had. One of the main reasons for such a great experience was the salesperson I worked with (Shay). She was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with (and I have been car shopping on many occasions) and she was not pushy at all yet very knowledgeable and straightforward. She also really went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied and answered several questions of mine even after I bought the car. She did a great job listening to my needs and feedback and making thoughtful suggestions. She also worked with me extensively to negotiate the right price for what I was looking for. Overall I can't recommend her enough and I would HIGHLY recommend requesting her as your salesperson when you go to Bertera. You won't be disappointed!

I forgot I had written a five star review the day I bought my car, and i just stumbled upon it. Let me edit it know. This place uses every shady car dealer tactic in the book. Keeping you there for hours and hours, putting money down before any numbers are finalized to make you feel locked in, showing you one car at x price and then switching it for a lower model at the same price. I didn't realize they had screwed me over for at least a week afterwards, they were that good at it. Bottom line is go somewhere else. I've spent the past year and and a half making sure everyone i talk to about buying a car avoids this place. I'm stuck in a bad lease but you don't have to be. Innf you need a new car go see Chris. He was great, no pressure. Helped me get what I wanted for the money I was willing to spend. Great salesman.

It was amazing, your sales person Anthony Thompson was AMAZING, he was very knowledgeable about the Titan and what the towing capability was. He was friendly and over the top help and details of the vehicle and all of the components. He was also very helpful in explaining how the service end of the dealership works. I will be referring as many people that I can to your dealership specifically because of Anthony.
