My contacted Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn about a used vehicle of interest. The car is for my wife, so safety and reliability were quite important to me. Jackie answered my questions and directed me to Jeff Allen, our representative. Jeff was kind, witty, and helpful ! The entire process was easy, and all concerns were addressed. In the end, we ended up with the vehicle we were after, and I couldn't be more pleased ! My mind is at ease, knowing that my wife has a good car for a long time. Thank you, Jackie and Jeff ! You really went the extra mile !!

I had a great experience with the purchase of my Palisade! I had looked at them over the summer and unfortunately wasn't able to make a deal. But thankfully Lauren reached out to me and she was very helpful. Jeff was also great to work with and help me get a car that I love!

Great experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. Dealt with Randy and Stan in the purchase of a new Hyundai Koan for our son. The car was highly reviewed and Rusty and Stan were great to deal with. It was an awesome car buying experience and I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a great new car at an affordable price.

I highly recommend buying a car from Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. I also recommend working with Steve Miller; he’s kind, very helpful, and made the buying a new car process as painless as possible. I bought a car but was registering it in a different state (not one in or near New England) and they handled everything without issue. It took a little bit longer since I was registering it out of state, but in under a month I had a beautiful brand new car registered and ready to go. It was worth the wait and Steve was great throughout the process. I will certainly be going back for future car purchases!

It started off as a good experience I was trying to decide between a used Tucson and a new one. They showed me a 2018 that was very nice, but I wanted to see is could find a 2019. They have a 5 day refund policy. I was told that there was no risk, and that if I found something within the 5 days that I could just cancel. When I went in to cancel I was told that because they applied the Simoniz treatment today opted for, but I would have to pay for that $531 before I left the building for them to cancel. I never took possession of the vehicle, but I had to pay $531 because I didn’t understand the small print. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of dealerships around than to take a chance here
