Service is very disappointing. I’ve been a customer of this location for 35 years.nI miss Dana and Steve who have since retired. Miss them.nThis current team is underperforming and not dependable.nShow up at the pharmacy, no prescription ready for you....nCome back in 15 minutes.nDoes not work for me, transferring my scripts to another CVS location.nI’m hopeful they have better customer service : )

Night staff at the pharmacy is prejudice against mental health. Very rude, .disrespectful and judgemental. Had to switch pharmacy's because it got so bad. Would not recommend this specific pharmacy to anyone.

I went in to the 24 hour CVS, to pick up items for stocking stuffers. When I got to the counter, the coupons would not go through, after swiping my CVS card twice, & verbally giving my #. The associate, was very rude & acted as if he had better things to do than try to rectify the problem. I frequent the CVS locations in Fitchburg, & have always found the associates to be friendly & helpful.nPerhaps they could give this gentleman a lesson in customer service.

My doctor's office assured me on a Friday that a prescription had been called in to this pharmacy around noon. I trusted the system to work, it didn't. The CVS pharmacy tech seemed stressed before I even got to speak, she told me that CVS had contacted my doctor's office and they had not responded. I explained to her (at least twice) that my doctor's office had returned my call on Friday and had assured me they'd called in my script. Seems like a problem on the CVS system end to me but the pharmacy tech took offense at this possibility and got really angry at me personally, she lectured me about not yelling at her (I wasn't) and abruptly ended the call. I've heard working for big pharmacies is terrible so she's probably a good person and great worker just overburdened by the corrupt system of unfair labor practices.
