The only good thing was a kind employee, I had his name written down and lost the paper apologies. The Manager was totally disrespectful and unprofessional! JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW, IF YOU PURCHASE YOUR SNEAKERS AT A FINISH LINE IN MACYS (EVEN THOUGH FINISH LINE RENTS THE SPACE FROM MACYS) THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN RETURN THEM AT A FINISH LINE STORE ANYWHERE. NOT TRUE, CAN ONLY BE RETURNED AT A MACYS DEPARTMENT STORE. INTERESTING, MACYS CANNOT RING UP THE PURCHASE, FINISH LINE RENTS THE SPACE AND YOU ARE TOLD AGAIN THAT YOU CAN RETURN THEM AT A N Y FINISH LINE STORE. NOT TRUE. SO, MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE YOUR SNEAKERS AT THE PLACE THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM AT. Hmm! Then I receive a message allegedly from the owner saying contact me at the following telephone number! Called and staff says it is a fake!

We shop here often. They don't greet you or ask you if you need anything. My husband had to interrupt 2 of the workers as they scrolled on their phone. Bad service!
