Overall...a good store... Sometimes they are under staffed... They have changed their return policy... If I understand them correctly... One can buy an item... three days later return it brand new... BUT you cannot get your cash back... They will only give you store credit...I find this disappointing...ud83dude41$...

Made in Bangladesh, everything here is made in Bangladesh. Bob's stands for Buy Out Bangladesh. Some things are okay quality for good prices. But other things are clearly defects. I'd say keep a keen eye for defects and buy things that arent going to fall apart quickly. They have good returns and great deals.
Can only return items for merchandise credit even with receipt within days of receiving merchandise from online order. Bought a coat, online, for my 89 year old mother since she can't go to stores with pandemic. It didn't not fit. When I went to return it at the store, they informed me that their return policy changed in September 2020. Can only get merchandise credit which won't help get my mother a coat since she did not like anything else online. Can't believe only giving store merchandise when so many people have to shop online. Had a Bobs reward card so I frequently shopped there. No more.
Wow this place went downhill during the pandemic. Do they even understand what customer service is? Rude! My mother warned me, but I didn't listen....
