Called Tom's today and asked if I could have my truck towed there after being with a different mechanic who couldn't figure it out and gave up after having it for 4 days. He said it would cost me a lot of money to fix. Tom's told me he was busy today and probably won't be able to get to it today which was not a problem. They not only figured out what the problem was, they fixed it today and it didn't even cost that much. I highly recommend these guys for service. I would give more than 5 stars if allowed.

I took my car to Tom’s on Tuesday 8/1/2020 for a standard oil change and to check out some weird noises my car had been making, I received a call that day to let me know my entire subframe was rusted along with other issues and my car was unsafe to drive. It was going to be an expensive fix and not one that I was at all prepared for. As a full time college student and part time retail worker I was panicking. Tom helped me through the process and clearly explained what my car absolutely needed and what could wait for my next visit. He informed me it would take about a week to fix everything but the work was all done by today, 8/4/2020! I’m so grateful for Tom, Pat, and everyone at Tom’s automotive who helped me out. Thank you!
It is not broken in till Tom he said it bokenand then he fixes professionally
I came in because I thought I had a break problem turns out it wasn’t! I did have my tires fixed and I spent far less time and money then I thought I would. Tom and Patrick were absolutely amazing and answered all my questions about everything. Thank you guys.
