Best interaction with a business in a while! The staff was prompt, courteous and so friendly! The car was ready when promised and looked amazing! I was concerned I’d be able to see the body repair with my light colored metallic paint, but you cannot tell at all! The painter they have is truly skilled. They also cleaned and detailed the car inside and out - completely beyond my expectations!
Thank you CARSTAR for fixing my car! The whole right side looks completely new, you never would have known I was hit. I also want to recognize the excellent communication from Jen and the team during the whole process. Professional, customer service-oriented, and an A+ fix. I highly recommend!
Extremely professional very helpful. Jen was very pleasant to work with and walked us through each step. When we dropped of the car there was a rental waiting for us to drive home. When the job was finished returned the rental to shop and they took care of everything. Highly recommend this A+ company to anyone who needs their services. They treat people right.
Very impressive. Great quality work and they were on time. Went by to pick her up and noticed where they painted was a different shade of white. They repainted with no problem. They were terrific. I highly recommend them. Will use them again but I hope not to have to. Thank you for the wonderful repair on my Lexi!
