They would not take back a return on the same day I bought gaskets for my 2005 mercury montego and it was the cashier's fault the parts were wrong in Fitchburg. It was really unbelievable
The attitude that was given to my wife was atrocious. She had to return a set of wiper blades and was given a third degree about it. They don’t fit. It that simple. Return the item as per your policy. She showed you the receipt and was well within the time frame. Lose the attitude and start providing customer assistance.nStore location: Fitchburg.
