I went to get my oil change yesterday, and was not aware of the changes made since COVID-19. I was not told what their new protocols were, just that I pull directly into the garage space and when I turned off the car to get out, I was instructed to stay in my vehicle for the duration of my oil change! It only lasted about 10 minutes, but I was incredibly uncomfortable and if I had realized I wouldn’t be able to get out of the car while the service was being performed I would have left and gone elsewhere! Staff should inform customers before they enter about what the new expectations are, or have them posted clearly somewhere. When I was spoken to it was one word sentences or impatience that I didn’t know exactly what I was supposed to be doing. Won’t be returning

I’m always taken care of and treated with complete respect and professionalism. The manager there is wonderful, and is always welcoming to me and my son (4yrs old). Great service every time!!
