Gave great advice over the phone. Brought the car in, said 2-3 weeks. Four hours into the next day he refused to do anything to the car, not even the small stuff. Said it needed too much work. Wouldn’t even attempt to fix any of the issues (it has a few but is driveable). 5 for helping us over the phone, 1 for wasting our time. So that’s a 3...
