They made buying a car a very easy and pleasant experience. My salesman was very polite and helpful. The only negative is their lack of communication. The car is running great so far and I love it, I just wish I was kept more in the loop when waiting to pick up the car. Otherwise I can see myself purchasing here again.

Route 2 Hyundai provided me with excellent service. I was surprised that I was able to schedule my appointment online. Their waiting area was clean and inviting.nnI purchased a Hyundai Sonata back in 2003.nnMy daughter purchased her first Hyundai in 2004 and has been driving Hyundais ever since.nnMy ex-wife just purchased a Hyundai about two weeks ago.nnWe all deal exclusively with Route 2 Hyundai and we are very happy.

I did not have a good experience at your business. I was referred to your location and to a specific salesman by a long time friend and former client of mine I've always taken care of. First let me start by saying if buying a car takes a week, when you are dealing with the Dealership- i've been mistaken my whole life. This is one of the first times I've gone to an actual dealership that manufacturers the car I'm looking into purchasing. I finally set up a time to go your Location. Mind you, I do NOT live close at all and did NOT have my own vehicle. So the hassle to borrow a car from someone I know is literally why I was at the point of just going to the Dealer.nnWhat is always most important to me is Service. I don't care about anything else if you're not treating me right. I'm going to come correct on my end of the deal - and that's by having the money you need to process our deal. I did NOT receive good service from John Chiaravelli. Instead i was led along to no avail for a week long and wasted a trip to your dealership only to be eventually shown his personal car to be sold to me. Like seriously i can't even explain the amount of disrespect that is to me. My sneakers are worth more than that damn car. It was absolutely dirty, exterior and interior and it wasn't even the same brand as your Dealer.nnListen, that was so rude and disrespectful, I can't even begin to explain. You try and sell me a dirty red toyota, that's filthy inside. You took me to the back of the dealership. I'd kept calling to update of my arrival and was told 15 minutes though in all actuality the clients didn't leave for hours.nnYa'll seriously need to take a look at who's working for you.nnThis is sad, because (and you can confirm this) I ended still buying a Hyundai, and the car I wanted from Bill Dube.nnI need a job, clearly he doesn't want to make you any money.nnI will absolutely leave a glowing review for Bill Dube. That is the definition of service. It took me 3 days from the time I walked to leave with something with 40 miles on the ODO.
