Frequent this McDonald’s regularly due to its close proximity to my home. I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurant, I am always treated with the proper amount of respect, my orders are almost always exactly as ordered and on the rare occasion there’s an error it is immediately rectified without being made to feel that it was MY fault. I would give 5 stars however, the consistency in which the ice cream machine is “ broken” has come to feel like a falsehood perpetrated by a slacker culture that is centred around laziness. Rather than an issue with a faulty ice cream machine.

I could not get the mobile app to work. There was a free medium fry when you order on the mobile app. I had to go through the drive through to place my order. Just as well because I wanted to pay cash. The cashier at the drive through figured out how I can order but then told me it’s only for mobile orders. At this point I’m already at the window with cash in hand and order placed. I was told the free fry was for mobile app only and I was to be charged for them. After waiting 20 minutes in line and have my order handled this way is truly a signal that MDonalds doesn’t want my business. I have deleted my app and drive across the street to Burger King.

Customer service isn't the best. Ordered a Happy Meal for My daughter and she wanted extra fries. Aperantly this is what $5 worth in a Happy meal.( In Picture ) She has the stickers. Multiple times I've had similar issues. The app terrible it has taken my money of my card 3 times 3!!! Unbelievable. Do not recommend this MacDonald's. The one on 302 N Street where the hospital is. That one is better in every way.

Christopher was so polite and sweet. Asked if they were able to make a fresh meal at this time and he said “Always” hahaha. Great customer service!

Absolutely zero stars I was up charged for Big Mac sauce and they gave me two hot syrup containers. I have no words.
