Fun and friendly environment! The coaches are knowledgeable and care about their members. They demonstrate movements, give tips, and want you to push yourself and succeed. The members are equally as friendly - I feel very welcome here. The space is great, there’s a large outdoor rig, and multiple other features available here. Definitely worth checking out if you’re considering CrossFit!

I Love this gym. It has something for everyone with none of the chain hype. I don't participate in the Crossfit WOD yet, but do workout on my own and attend other classes. The trainers are awesome, it is large and spacious and you made to feel like part of the community. And the smoothies are a delicious way to end the workout!

This place is family. It’s where dreams happen, people meet their goals, and support is always there. They offer classes throughout the day, and always have great people in them. Crossfit can be intimidating, but they will help you find whatever exercise feels good and is doable. Show up, put in effort, get the gains. I love this place.

I joined CrossFit 696 about 7 months ago. I took the leap because I wanted to be challenged. I wanted to be pushed. I wanted to get stronger both physically and mentally. To do things I've never thought I could do. To belong to a community that is right there with you every step of the way. A community that supports you. Encourages you. A community that celebrates your achievements almost more than you do. CrossFit 696 is that community. It has become my second family. Taking that leap was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

So grateful to be part of this amazing community. I love everything about it, how working out with my 696 family is the best part of my day, the warmth and support you receive from your coaches and teammates, love the energy during and after the workouts. Crossfit 696 has definitely become the best thing in my life for the past year and counting.
