I've been a member of Muscleworks Gym for 14 years. There's a good atmosphere here. With MW gym it's the small things that set it apart from others, things like a pull up/dip belt, multi-grip bench bar, and a heavy/speed bag.nThe owner works out more than you: it's his passion and business. He's always adding exercise equipment.n24/7 access and pay by the month if you choose at a great price.nI didn't get like this at a subpar gym.nIf someone told/tells you there's a better gym in Gardner, they're not talking about Gardner, Massachusetts.

This gym has a phenomenal equipment. Great training atmosphere too, and all of the members are really friendly as well as the staff.

This gym has an amazing training atmosphere with the best equipment available. Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Cybex etc. A huge line up of rubber handle dumbbells, lots of benches and multiple machines for every body part.. you can have excellent workouts and accomplish fitness goals in this gym. The owners, staff and members are super friendly and make it a very comfortable place to workout. No matter who you are, what shape you are in, or what style of fitness you are into this gym is accommodating for everyone. I love getting my fitness training at Muscleworks!

I've been going to this gym for over a year now and have had only the best experience. It has an assortment of cardio equipment (treadmills, steppers, bikes) that seems to get barely used. Has plenty of weightlifting equipment including barbells, racks and benches. It really shines for the weightlifting types. My only gripe is that I wish it had more squatting racks.nnIt's not the cleanest place but it's always tidy and kept orderly. Also, the bathrooms and showers are down the hall. I haven't used the showers before but it seems to be the standard gym showers. They have lockers in the changing rooms and also open lockers out front that you can leave a bag in.They have boxing classes too, which sadly aren't including in your membership.
