Very clean the front desk always says hello to me by my name !! It's so nice . Friendly clean ! Best one to go to around these parts .

This club is pretty decent the one problem I have encountered in Covid is people without masks or half covered faces. I watched an employee yesterday with a client with his nose and mouth out of the mask? Great example set there when staff don’t follow their own rules lol To top it off they want you to keep the place clean but, don’t provide hand sanitizer all out of order! They were asked twice and still they remain empty. The owner in the background always respond and watch reviews, however, manager could actually care less and pretty much ignores issue. I was informed yesterday there are plenty of refills in back room? So there is only one reason they all are OUT IF ORDER the all mighty$$$ but, they want you to put your hands all over spray bottles and the logic there would be?!nAs far as alternative hand sanitizer they have a whopping two bottles not in main area and they don’t even work have to take pump out of bottle to use it give me a break.

So I do go often even with Covid. They have a lax attitude on people wearing masks properly. For the most part people do but, if you point it out as I did Sunday 1/17/21 a person running on the mill no face covering to be seen.?I went to desk a man with brown hair no name tag said Thanks and did not even leave the desk. Also, they have limited hand sanitizer most pumps say out of order and the few they do have don’t work properly! I think they should be doing walk around regularly to tell people COVER YOUR FACE!!

Mandatory masks on cardio equipment. 5 stars when this requirement isn't in place anymore.

Staff is rude and annoying to say the least. They’ll also try to trick you into downloading and paying for their app. Literally every other machine in the gym is taped off and closed. Can only assume they’re just being lazy and don’t feel like cleaning them. There’s no equipment, med balls, bands, squat racks, etc. Super strict about members wearing masks yet none of the staff members are practicing “social distancing” ??? There’s 3 or 4 of them basically all the time standing right next to each other behind the desk.
