I have been a member at Fitness Concepts for many years and cannot say enough good things about them. The owner and staff are super friendly and always willing to assist wherever they can. The facility is well maintained and always clean. They offer a great variety of fitness options including a great selection of group fitness classes, personal training sessions and the outside Bear Crawl Park facility to allow you to switch it up from time to time instead of getting stuck in the same old routine every day. I would highly recommend Fitness Concepts to any one looking to sign up for a gym membership!

My home away from home for the last 4 years! This is no ordinary fitness center! The staff/trainers are always friendly, helpful, and courteous, the gym floor has more than enough equipment, and they offer a lot of group fitness classes and events (if that’s something that you’re interested in) some of which are included in the normal gym membership. It’s a little pricier than some of the other gyms in the area, but you get what you pay for!

Fitness concepts is hands down the best gym around. They do the best job to make sure all of us are kept safe and the facility is unbelievably clean. They are always finding ways to bring new amazing things to the gym and have set the tone for an incredible family community. They welcome everyone with open arms. I highly recommend going to fitness concepts it’s more then just a gym.

The best fitness and wellness center I have ever been a part of. Fitness concepts is not just a health club, it’s a family. I have been a member since 2005 and have met lifelong friends as well as maintaining my health and fitness. FCHC has an accommodating staff as well as state of the art equipment and some of the best personal trainers in the area. I’ve yet to find a better gym and I would very highly recommend Fit Con to anyone looking to live a strong and healthy lifestyle! ud83dudcaaud83cudffb

I have been a member of Fitness Concepts for 6 years and I cannot say enough about this facility! They always go above & beyond for their members making them feel like family. The atmosphere they have created is welcoming and they are always willing to help you attain your fitness goals. Becoming a member of this faculty was the best decision I have made!
