JARROD WAS AWESOME! Easiest process I’ve even gone through in my entire life. Worked with my new credit and got me driving 2 hours after I sold my car (35 minute drive btw) the cars here are very well serviced and I 10/10 recommend.
Very happy with the customer service that my husband and I received. In a time of need they came through and helped out more than we even originally thought! Very friendly and Brad was a huge help.
Update: 3 weeks later and still waiting to hear from this account manager......bet if I stopped paying they’d actually make contact.nnI now owe less then $1,000 on my car. Instead of being the responsible business and contacting me about going over the next step in purchasing my car. They locked me out of my account unable to make a payment. I call and they’re incredibly rude! I’ve already spoke to someone about the next step twice now! Why hold me hostage and not allow me to pay on my car? Absolutely ridiculous! The girls in the office are no help at all either! It’s great for the inconvenience of having to go through them to get a car, but in the end. It’s not worth it.
