I was forrunate enough to be referred to Don at Rt 146A several years ago and I only wish it was sooner. The peace of mind of knowing my vehicles are in Don's hands is invaluable. He is honest, accurate and work is always exceptional.

I used 146A Auto for the first time and was very happy with the service. Don was friendly, professional, and informative. He explained everything that needed to be done, did it in a reasonable time and the final cost was less than I estimated. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this business.

Brought my truck in for diagnostics. Check engine and ABS. Took two days, that's fine, everyone's busy. But I called a few times to ask if they were able to find out the issue and I kept getting their working on it. They two days get a call that it's all fixed. Whats fixed? You didn't tell me what was wrong with it, what was defective, what needed to be repaired. Nope. Just did the repair without any conversation. $341 later my check engine light is gone, for now, but when did I clear repairs when I brought it in for a diagnosis? I just find that unprofessional and makes me reluctant to bring it there again. Next time Ill end up with a randon new transmission! If you want correspondence and transparency from someone who is going to charge you hundreds or thousands or dollars.....you best go somewhere else.
