Your website displays 24 hours so I was expecting to be able to walk inside because I don't own a car just to get a coffee after working 10-hour shift overnight just to have some rude guy standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette blow smoke towards me and say you can't come in here. Message got across but was not needed to be rude about it nor smoke in a doorway. Some people actually take care of their bodies and don't want cigarettes in their face
Big Mac was dry and the burger was small. There was more bun than burger. Hardly any sauce. The lady at the counter was not pleasant but she could have been having a bad day. This is twice with this location. Will go next door to Burger King from now on.
Tonight was not good...I waited 10 min at the pick up window for A double cheese burger A med fry and a 4 PC mcnugget.nThe guy working the window told me they had no fries ready and it would be a two minutes..10 min went bye with a long line of cars behind me..terrible service..normally they have very good service but tonight they blew it.
One of the worst experience ever! The manager does not know how to speak to the customer. I will never purchase from the North Smithfield location.
Too expensive. I could buy enough hamburger to last a week for what they charge for one meal. All set. Don't give condiments unless you ask. And don't always give you the correct order
