My daughter said that her instructors were incredibly kind and patient but I have found that the woman that calls about payments is ridiculously rude when calling me whilst I am working. Also when I ask why she's not calling my 18 year old about her payments her reaponse is cuz your mom. What the hell kind of answer is that. And after her colleague gives me the wrong information acts as though I was supposed to know she was new to the business. Maybe train your new people and they won't give false information. If not for the horrible woman I would have given a 5 star
