Prinzis Gourmet Pizza

I would say that the pizza is good but not great. I have been there three times in the last few months and all three times they have been extremely rude. I know most people just care about the food but to me I like both food and customer service. One young girl who rang me up slammed my card on the counter after groaning that my chip in my card wouldn't work. The staff is even rude to each other. its kinda awkward watching them while waiting for pizza/food. Not sure if the guy making the pizza is the owner but he is rude too. He never seems to be appreciative of your service. I will not be going back there ever again.

The pizza here is pretty good, not the best I have ever had but definitely ranks in the top 3 in Beverly. When it comes to price, on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday it ranks #1. On those days large cheese pizzas are only $6, you cannot go wrong.

Honestly, I am a pizza efficionado and prefer papa Gino's every time

The steak tip dinner has no flavor, the salad tastes as if it was watered down, the waffle fries covered in cheese was too salty and it was completely dry as if it had no flavor, People's Choice has more flavor than this place.

Loved the food in the past, but the phone service is either rude or untrained. Will not go back. 10/14/2015.
