Ordered from door dash at 5:30pm and my door dash driver couldn’t pick up the food and had to wait there until 9:00pm until it was ready. I felt so bad for him. I know it’s a newish store but it has been a while since they have been open and that was just crazy, ended up ordering pizza and it came 2 hours sooner than my 2 burrito bowls...please just hire some better management :(

Yes things seem to be a mess. The wait times, mixed up orders, and everything like that DO seem like reasons to not go. I went inside a few times to pick up my food and saw how quickly the employees were trying to work. Of course there will be long wait times when they have from what I can see 60+ orders during lunch! I can only imagine what the dinner rush looks like. I assume most people ordered more than one item so it makes sense that they would get mixed up.nnThis place is new. The employees are probably beginners, and the restaurant is just getting on its feet. The food is delicious, and everyone seems nice. Inside the restaurant was very clean looking. Hopefully they'll get better in the future. I'll admit that this location isn't worthy of 5 stars, but I do think most of the reviews are too harsh.

amazing employees and service!! they are always trying to serve up food quickly and with a smile! i love the tacos and burritos. always fresh and the building is always clean.

Don’t listen to any of those negative reviews. Chipotle is so amazing, the food is great and the employees are nice and they are running surprisingly smoothly for being so new. This restaurant is definitely going to be my new go to.

Pick a different location if you want Chipotle in a reasonable time! This location is not staffed to handle the business. Cars backed up onto the main road, wait times hour plus past the pick up times, complete chaos among staff, zero leadership managing restaurant. Thats just to start. Now if they could only get the orders correct.
