Papa John's Pizza

On behalf of myself and The Holiday Inn Berkshires staff, THANK YOU!! You guys are amazing and your pizza is delicious!! I am literally speechless at your generosity!! Nothing like this has ever happened to me. I am glad some people remember the true spirit of the season, Happy Holidays!!

The food was good. Unfortunately the service took a really long time -- even though we were the only customers ordering anything -- because they were too focused on the two children (probably 4 and 6yo) they had making food with them. There were also friends of the employees walking to and from the back/cooking area. The whole situation just seemed unprofessional. Not sure what the regulations are, but it didn't seem very sanitary.

Well they've been here for years although I have yet to have tried them until about a week ago. And honestly I will not try them again... the food was nothing to die for and the driver had zero personality. The two main ingredients in making a good pizza place were missing in my opinion... Good food and good customer service

This Papa John's is so awesome and gracious. As an AT Thru Hiker it is so great to see a franchise show us love. The crew seemed so upbeat and truly enjoying the service they give. Food was delicious, nice clean interior with tasteful ads and colors.

First off, it's a Papa John's. We're not talking about gourmet pizza here. For what it is, they had my order on time and hot. It tasted fresh. They were open at 10:30 when my wife decided she wanted pizza. Frankly they exceeded my expectations.
