The service was amazing. The guy who came out unlocked our vehicle in less than 5 mins, BUT I’m guessing the owner is who we spoke to. He did not seem to care that our dog was locked in the vehicle and when we called back to get an update.. he must’ve thought he put us on mute but he complained to his coworkers about us calling back. We were worried about our dog and it didn’t seem like he cared about his customers with that attitude.
Fast and fair with the job done right. I've called them for residential and commercial and every time they do a great job.
Service is always prompt and efficient. It's always great to know that Larsen's locksmith is both knowledgeable and reliable.
Locked my key in my truck, called 4 other places no answer. The one that did answer strung me along for 2.5hrs...called these guys, very fast response time, professional, and friendly technician. This is the way service is supposed to be. Thank you very much and definitely recommend
