Everyone is very friendly. The food at the bar is good. Kind of expensive, but it is Alaska. Easy airport to use.

Super small airport with a cool little bar to pass the time if you need. Other than that I hope you don’t get delayed anymore than you need.

Nice small airport. You have to take a ferry to get here. Baggage always comes out fast. Beware if on the last flight and it gets cancelled you will be kicked out and you will have to pay for the ferry both directions. If you have precheck they give you a card and you go through the normal line. They will open the metal detector for you. Luggage carts are free and you can take them across on the ferry to the other side

People like myself have a brief layover as they travel to Seattle or another town in SE, Alaska. The Airport is on an Island, so the Ferry is the only way to access the city. Getting out to stretch your legs is possible, and on a clear day, the view of the channel and surrounding area is astounding. There are adequate services at the Airport, and I enjoyed looking at some of the artwork.
