Go Camp Utah

This summer I took my three boys to Hoops Lake Utah. We had tons of fun fishing and exploring the wilderness there. The camp hosts Randy and Margie were absolutely AMAZING! These two people are pretty awesome souls that I adore. They would stop in at the cafe I work at and visit with me when they got a chance to get down from the mountain! It made me sad to hear they were headed back home and were done with camp hosting for the summer. One thing I can say is that I am very grateful I got to meet these two wonderful souls and only hope they come back to be our camp host again. This little WY-homie (Jessie) loves ya'll! 😊💖✌

Box Elder Campground: Scott and Stevie Checkettes have been the best camp hosts we've had by far. When we arrived someone was in our resevered spot and Stevie kindly and quickly had them come back to clear out. She took great care of us and the campsite. The bathrooms were always clean and fresh smelling even. The campground itself is beautiful. There's plenty of shade. Close to the reservoir. We will definitely be back!

We were headed for Tony Grove campground in Logan UT but plans had to change suddenly when there was a fire in that area. We pulled into Red Banks campground and luckily a spot was open! We were greeted by the camp host Jeff H. and he was such a friendly/helpful guy! Gave us some great info on the camp site, the local mountains, and another site nearby that he hosts...was just a fun guy to talk to. We LOVED our stay right next to the river and the camp site was very clean and just terrific! We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jeff for all your help!

I went camping in balsam Utah. Beautiful location. I was there for 3 days, 2 nights Iv never been so happy with the restrooms and how clean they were, so clean i was so impressed! We got to meet our camp “guides” Bill & Sandy we’re so kind and so knowledgeable about everything. They made sure we were comfortable and all taking care of. Such a fun weekend with great memories!! Thank you!!

Great place to camp overnight or just have a fire during the evening during a fire ban. We had a group for a fire. Parking was convenient and the hosts were very helpful and polite. The facilities are high quality and bathrooms are available. If you want to have a fire they have good fire pits where you can still have a fire if the fire ban is in effect at the end of summer.
