Man vs Fries

My partner and I both ordered the NorCal Burrito, one with chicken and one with steak, for pickup.nnFinding this place was a bit of an adventure. They are run out of a large food truck/portable kitchen, but it's not clearly labeled so it was difficult to spot. We had to wander the parking lot with Google maps open to find them.nnThe food itself was actually really good! The burritos are large and they are generous with the fillings. They had well-seasoned meat and included plenty of saucy goodness.nnHowever, even though we did pickup, our order was not hot, nor even all that warm, which was disappointing. It seems like they give you a long time estimate on food apps but make it way ahead of time anyway, so it sits there for a while until you get to it. It's still really high quality food, just not at the ideal temperature.nnI do hope they work on giving customers food that is more freshly made, rather than letting it sit and cool. But hey, at least burritos are easy to reheat. That's the primary reason they get 4 stars instead of 5.nnI'll be coming back! But I would only ever pickup from here, the food isn't kept nearly hot enough to make delivery a worthwhile choice.

this place is too hyped up over social media. plus the customer service is disappointing.ndefinitely over priced for what they actually give you.

It was all cold. Completely messed up the order. I have never left a review for a food place until now it is just that bad. Missing ingredients added ingredients i did not order missing cheese that should have been on it and missing the queso side! Literally no cheese. It's like ordering cheese fries and getting regular and soggy fries. Horrible.

This is the second time ordering from you. I gave you guys a second chance with a promo code. I don't know who's in charge of putting orders together but they definitely aren't reading what someone orders. They're just slapping things together. I ordered Socal style nachos with a side of cheese sauce. I got Nocal style, no side of cheese, no lime wedge and literally 3 shreds of cheese. The tortilla chips were brunt, after all said and done I will not be going back to your establishment. I've also told my coworkers not to waste their money as they will be disappointed. For the sake of all your other customers Please READ THE ORDERS! You will definitely keep customers coming if you simply make the order correctly. There's nothing like sitting down to eat and your order is not right.

It is almost performance art at this point how often this place gets your order wrong. No cheese cup, wrong soda, wrong type of meat in my Cali Crunch. Order this if you feel like getting a surprise for dinner.
