I have been training with Rachel (at the Belltown location) for about 2 months now and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a personal trainer. Rachel takes the time to understand fitness goals, and works so hard with you to build form - she's so positive and encouraging, and will always ask you how you're feeling since the previous workout. She also pushes you (when you need it) to reach your goals. I always leave a workout feeling fantastic. Although it's been only 2 months, I can already feel myself getting stronger. Thanks Rachel!

I have been working with Ethan at Transform 180 for the last 6-7 months and highly recommend Ethan for personal training! He is extremely driven, professional, and skilled. He spent enough time understanding my goals, areas of strengths/growth and customized the plan according to my needs. I was hurting my back for a while, and Ethan spent a lot of time researching and including the right exercises in my workout to eliminate the pain altogether. It's always fun to have him as a buddy during training, and all sessions feel like talking to a friend!

I have worked with Ethan for ~2.5 months and would recommend him to anyone interested in seeing a personal trainer! He understood my fitness goals, identified areas I needed to improve, and built a custom tailored plan to fit my needs. Very professional and easy to talk to, I'm always looking forward to my next session. I told him I was having some back pain from playing golf and he identified a few key contributors and built a plan to focus on those areas. After working with Ethan for a couple months, I played my first round since I can remember without back pain!!! Thank you Ethan - you rock!

I've been training with Rachel at the Belltown location and she's super attentive and cares about form, physical performance but also mental performance too. She motivates and pushes you (in the best ways possible), and works with you on achieving your goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Definitely one of the better PTs I've worked with anywhere!

I have worked with Rachel for about two months and would recommend her to anyone interested in seeing a personal trainer! She really takes into consideration my fitness goals and creates an exercise routine around them. Every session is different - I can tell that she is always looking for new and interesting ways to keep our sessions engaging, motivating, and fun! Thanks to her, I am already making progress towards my goals. In general, Transform180 is a clean and safe place to workout. I always look forward to my sessions there.
