Neva has been awesome. Always helpful and very courteous and polite. Rates are reasonable and the facility is kept clean. I would recommend this public storage facility to anyone in the area when they need a place to put their things

I have been at this specific location on Mcgloughlin Blvd for almost 2 years.nI have been very pleased with every aspect from the moving in to customer service.nEvery employee I have dealt with has been extremely helpful, informative and nice. They are very good about calling and reminding me if I missed my payment date. (Long before any late charges get added)nRecently I was there getting a new, larger unit and met Neva for the first time. She not only found me a unit close to my other one to make switching easier, but helped me when my lock wouldn't work. On top of that..... she went above and beyond by gifting me a beautiful geode she had found when she learned my passion for collecting rocks. She made my day!!!nI highly recommend this location to anyone!
