We recently purchased a vehicle from here and had the best experience. I highly recommend starting with Zeke. He's helpful, not pushy. He listens and understands your needs. We were interested in a manual Corolla Apex and there wasn't one on the lot. Manager Raymond set out to find us one. We completed the paperwork and were told the car would be at the dealership in a week. Then the storms and snow came. The weather was a mess and the car would take longer than expected. Roger's set us up with a loaner. They are awesome! We were able to communicate with GM Glen. Glen is probably the most down to earth GM in existence. He truly listens and wants the customer to be satisfied with their purchase. He made sure all our needs were met. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!

My sales rep Al Gutierrez was most knowledgeable and helpful in building the Tacoma that best fit me. Not only did he help keep me updated on when they might get any allocations to build my truck, but he worked tirelessly to see if there was one out there that I might like so as to get me what I wanted sooner. Not only that but he was the only one which was willing to wait and do the build order that I wanted which the other 5 dealerships made excuses as to not being able help me or eventually not to return my calls. Which to me shows the dedication that he puts forth to the people helps.nnThe experience with Al was a wonderful one throughout my whole process. Out of all the times I’ve bought a vehicles this one was the most relaxed and not pressured. Absolutely wonderful people at Roger's. For being a first time buyer Jerad Payne and LoLo were awesome and very helpful. They did everything they could to help us not only find the right vehicle but also helped us with financing. They spent several hours over the course of 2 days to get us the absolute best that they could and we couldn't be happier.
