I have been working with Nick for almost five years and could not be more excited that he is opening a new facility! Nick’s coaching/training methods are based on his formal and professional training in human physiology and functional fitness. What’s more, he has a plethora of knowledge about nutrition and is willing to support clients with highly individualized programming for whatever goals you may hope to achieve. Upon learning that Nick was opening facility, I signed up for the entire year immediately! He is organized, his facilities are clean, and he is incredible to work with. I highly recommend visiting his gym and speaking with him about your fitness and nutritional goals.

I have trained with Nick and Adrenaline Strength for over a year now. Nick is patient and hard working. He really works to make sure that no matter what your fitness level is, that you get the most out of your workout each time. He has helped me meet and exceed goals over the past year.

I cannot say enough good things about AS&C. Owner Nick Keliipuleole is in a class of his own. He brings to the table everything I look for from a coach; he puts an emphasis on teaching technical proficiency and safety in his classes as well as having a high degree of knowledge in exercise physiology. If you're looking for a gym with great people, equipment, and programming, Adrenaline Strength & Conditioning is where you should be.

Since I started cross fit with Nick over a year ago, I have been amazed at what I can do now and how some of my joint pains have actually gone away. He brought me along at my pace and has increased the workouts to challenge me. I still hate Burpees but they make you strong. Nick is a patient, thoughtful and well organized coach and can work with anyone at any level. Highly recommend him and AS&C.

Our company started working with Nick and ASC about 15 months ago. Nick's helped us get into shape last winter and then Nick kept us motivated during the shut down, the re-opening and the second shut-down. His professionalism and dedication to keeping the ten of us in shape definitely helped us successfully meet the daily challenges that kept coming at us in 2020. Strong mind and strong body!!!
