This has to be one of the best dealerships I have ever visited ! They had really good staff service and the cars were all in great shape and condition. The general manager Carol helped me and answered all my questions as well as making sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. There were a lot of good cars options and not damaged . I really recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Great place and wish I could be able to give them more stars.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the folks at Alsbou Motors! I saw a VW I had been looking for, their online price was just right so I filled out the credit application ahead of time and went in to check it out. The showroom price was higher, but upon negotiating the salesman Mario honored the online pricing immediately. Big integrity move there and was appreciated as this is usually not always the case when buying from a used car lot.nnMario was absolutely wonderful, highly polite and detail oriented. Not only that, he wasn’t high pressure but very relaxed and laid back. The test drive was a blast, he made it fun and had a great sense of humor. He gave me plenty of time to check out the car before test driving it. When we went to sign papers he was very straightforward about the different documents. I went in with the hopes of finding someone to help with lower credit score, and that’s just what they did. Mario helped me find a solution that worked for me and quickly. My wife and I spent a total of an hour and a half at the dealership and left with the keys in hand to our “new to us” car.nnGo see Mario and he will take care of you! He’s an excellent employee!

My bf and I were emailing with a sales rep and told them we would drive 2 hours to their car lot to look at a specific truck on their lot. The pictures of the truck were really nice. They confirmed with us that they new we were coming. We get there see the truck walked right to it and spent 15 20 mins looking all around the truck and the whole time the guy was sitting inside eating with some lady. We are not new to this you would think if a car lot knows your coming for a specific truck on their lot and they see people show up looking at that truck only they would put two and two together and come out. No one came out. The truck was so dirty, sandy underneath, dents and scratches everywhere oh and extremely rusty. For sure not worth 26k. We had 26k ready to spend but not at that lot or on that truck.. Hopefully they don't do this to anyone else. Maybe they don't care. Who knows but we took a hard pass.

Got a good deal, they promised to replace a mirror on my truck and never did, said the contract was not specific enough. Also sold it to me with bad tires on it (large bulge in one, another losing 30psi in 24 hours) Would not go back here or reccomend this place to anyone. I did however have a very good experience with the title clerk. She was wonderful to work with.

I purchased a Chevy Spark from here a while ago and now that I've been searching for another vehicle, I'm realizing how amazing the staff was at Alsbou Motors. They work super hard to get you a good deal, are very friendly and just overall a good dealership to work with.
