This is a very nice campground right on the river but the train tracks are very close. The trains blow their horn for the track crossing and it is LOUD. If you are not used to hearing the trains sleeping is difficult.
Great place to go if, you are wanting to let loose and soak up some sun.. It was a lot of fun watching people cool off on a hot summer day and enjoying themselves!
Absolutely love going here with my kids! We fish, walk to the west and look at beaver dams, and pick up lots of rocks and sticks! Has an awesome place to roast hotdogs on a wood fire on the Sandy beach by the bridge! We love living close and enjoy it all year long.
It was cold and windy. They also have cameras watching who's going in and out.
