I couldn't have been more happy with a storage unit business. Dana and Randy are awesome and very in-tune with their tenants needs. I had a couple occasions where I required assistance and they were very accommodating. Been with them since before they opened the nelson road location so ~2 years. Pricing is very reasonable and facilities are fantastic.

Rented a stage unit for a few months while I was out of town, came back to my entire unit infested with mice. Everything I had in there is completely ruined or covered in mice feces. Absolutely disgusting, I’ve never seen something so foul. I literally threw up opening the door to the unit.n(To note there was only clothes and furniture in the unit.)nCustomer service is nice and I enjoyed the gated area but if you don’t want mouse sh*t on everything you own, go somewhere else. -2/5stars

The staff here were great! I came in a little pressed for time needing to rent a unit as soon as humanly possible, and Randy (the associate who helped me) was kind and got me what I needed with little to no deliberation! Thank you so much for the excellent service! You saved my bacon!
