I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Potenberg for over two years. I was referred to him by my previous reputable attorney in town who had assisted me for many years prior to retiring. Mr. Potenberg has advised me on wide array of business, personal, family and real estate matters. He's always very responsive to my queries, large or small. He's always professional and gets straight to the point. He's quick to highlight any legal and/or ethical pitfalls to avoid. I've not run into into any circumstances where I felt he led me in the wrong direction. And most importantly, I feel if there is an issue we run into that is outside his area of expertise, that he will consult with other colleagues who can assist him, or suggest other resources for me to pursue.
