I have waited for a while to share my experience about Rebecca. She puts her ego ahead of her clients and thinks she is the smartest person because she is a lawyer. She left a very poor taste in my mouth about lawyers. Run!

Because of confidentiality laws, I cannot share the details of my complaint. However, I will state, I was shocked and appalled at what I was forced to endure and deal with during my mediation. I will never forget the sheer lack of any expected balance such a procedure promises in the mind's eye of the public. I was part of that public belief. Let's just say I have been informed of how the system works. I do not recommend this business. I heartily regret I chose them. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I waited this long to post, to REMOVE all emotion toward the grievous behavior exhibited, which pinned me into an immovable corner. If I could legally, I would state EXACTLY what the behavior was. A satisfactory agreement, which I did not experience, and a Hobson's Choice are diametrically and dramatically opposed.

Rebecca and her team went above and beyond to help us with our legal needs. She is professional, knowledgeable, and well-connected in the community. Highly recommended.

Don't ever forget your Miranda Rights! You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Of course, I screwed up and didn't remain silent. If it was not for Nels Swandal's help, the outcome would have been ugly.
