I have waited for a while to share my experience about Rebecca. She puts her ego ahead of her clients and thinks she is the smartest person because she is a lawyer. She left a very poor taste in my mouth about lawyers. Run!

Because of confidentiality laws, I cannot share the details of my complaint. However, I will state, I was shocked and appalled at what I was forced to endure and deal with during my mediation. I will never forget the sheer lack of any expected balance such a procedure promises in the mind's eye of the public. I was part of that public belief. Let's just say I have been informed of how the system works. I do not recommend this business. I heartily regret I chose them. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I waited this long to post, to REMOVE all emotion toward the grievous behavior exhibited, which pinned me into an immovable corner. If I could legally, I would state EXACTLY what the behavior was. A satisfactory agreement, which I did not experience, and a Hobson's Choice are diametrically and dramatically opposed.

Don't ever forget your Miranda Rights! You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Of course, I screwed up and didn't remain silent. If it was not for Nels Swandal's help, the outcome would have been ugly. If you're looking for legal help, or not sure if you need legal help like I was, Nels Swandal is the attorney that you want on your side. I highly recommend him. Thanks Nels for all of your help.
