Very easy and convenient process to obtain a storage unit! Staff was quick to respond and friendly. I was able to use my storage unit immediately after payment was received. My unit was clean and in great condition. The property seemed very secure, too. Thanks!
(Wolf Point location) The main security gate is locked with a chain and padlock. The gate is approx 8-10 feet high with barbed wire on top. It states there are cameras monitoring the facilities. My shed space was clean and dry, lease / signup instructions were basic and streamlined, and staff was friendly. Overall my belongings stayed safe, and the checkin/out process was easy. My main feedback would be to have a bit tighter security at the main gate locked with a chain and padlock, so that a lock code can be changed often, preventing non-customers or old customers from still accessing the facility.
Reasonable prices and easy access but still feels secure.
The staff was fine but my unit, #40, had a mixture of chocolate and veg oil left on the back wall... I called and told someone on the 2nd or 3rd... Now it's the 6th of July, and Brandon has assisted me in getting satisfaction. Thank you!nnAngela
