I needed some extra space for my sanity and a storage unit was the key. After extensive research, I found University Storage. I liked the online capabilities, low pricing, and 24/7 access. I was put on a waitlist for a couple different units and less than two weeks later, I got a text and a call that one was available. I called, talked with Amy and she was able to set things up and answer all my questions. It was an amazing customer service experience. The unit itself was easy to locate, enter and was super clean. It is totally worth the extra miles to drive for service, availability and sanity. Thank you!

Started renting a unit from here after my brother recommended them. Did not disappoint! The units are very clean, well secured, and it was super easy to reserve a unit online. And it doesn’t hurt that you can access the units 24/7 and even pay online. Very convenient and the staff was incredibly friendly.
