I can't say enough good things about this place. They are so nice to work with! I've had a unit here off and on for 4 years now, and anytime I need a place in the future, this will be my FIRST CHOICE. Easy to access my things 24/7, and knowing that the management lives on site gives me extra peace of mind about storing my things there. They provide pallets for free for you to stack more sensitive items on to protect from possible water damage (although I've never had that issue). They really go the extra mile for you!

I am not a federal employee but my business has been horrible effected by the government shutdown. My government contracts have been suspended. I was facing losing everything in storage. I am so grateful for Pak Rat for showing compassion and community and made the choice to work with me. The thought of losing everything I have worked so hard for in my life was unbearable. Staff are great. Best prices around. One of few storage facilities that you can access 24/7, 365. Some of the units are starting to show signs of aging. Couple doors could use replacing.
