Please do not have your vehicle fixed here. After 4 MONTHS of dealing with repair issues with High Plains, we had already moved away. It took more time for High Plains to figure out how to arrange a switch of vehicles and even after our car was sitting in their lot for 4 months, they did not have the decency to take care of the dirt and dust that had collected, even though we did so much for the vehicle the lended to us. When we finally got the car back we had to take it to another repair shop less 3 days later because High Plains didn’t attack the front axle, leaving one of the bolts in our vehicle. I cannot warn you enough to avoid High Plains Repair, the team does not have the customer as their top priority
