I rented a trailer on Monday for a Friday pickup. Amber called Friday morning to inform me that they don't have that trailer at their facility. Informed me I could drive to Sidney to pick one up...… Changed all of my moving plans due to the extremely poor performance of uhaul. Please rent elsewhere. Avoid this business.. Unable to make this review 0 stars or I would.nnGary
