That's uncool! We flew from Los Angeles to San Jose on March 12, 2018. It was VERY cold in the first rows as the climate was blowing very strong and ice cold. They wanted to cool the whole plane but the passengers closed the fresh air tubes on their spaces as they felt cold and many where wearing winter jackets.nnThe first rows are getting the most of the icy air down on the window site. The Stewardess was nice - but this did not ghelp us. We where extremely freezing and resulted a cold. Thanks to Alaska Airlines for freezing us and wasting energy. 2 instead of 1 star? The Stewardess was very nice - even when she could not help us.

Showed up an hour early. Nobody at the front desk. Asked for help. Told they aren't aloud to go get anyone that works for Alaska. Paid 50 bucks. Told to come back for a late flight.......

I REFUSE TO FLY ON BOEING JETS.
