Missoula Airport Shuttler Taxi

Phillis our driver was very sweet, on time and a very safe driver. We flew in from California to visit they had a mini van and was able to take us to our destination safely. I was traveling with my 4 babies ages ranged from 17, 12, 7 and 1month old more than enough room for my tribe and all our luggage.nI have them saved and will use them again. The price was worth it for 5 to Ronan.

Wonderful service! Made the appointment the night before for a 4:30am pick up. Driver was on time, very nice and kind. Dropped off right out front of the airport! Excellent service! Will use from now on when traveling to Missoula.

Missoula airport shuttler saved my thanksgiving! They were the only taxi/Uber/Lyft available for that morning! I sent them a text and got a response in less than 5 mins and a ride to the airport! Thank you!

This company thinks it is ok to to take passengers that have already ordered an Uber or Lyft service. Probably not knowing that the passenger will still get charged a cancellation fee. So the rider is now having to pay for both services. They tell the passenger “we can give you a ride and you don’t have to wait for your Uber or Lyft.” Yes this happened to me and the rider called me after MSO dropped her off and apologized but felt she was obligated for he wouldn’t stop bothering her about it. Then they attempted it again later that day and the rider told me about it. He said he felt very uncomfortable getting into the shuttle with 4 or 5 additional strangers during this COVID outbreak. This isn’t only happening to me.nAnother driver has reported it.
