I have rented storage here for over a year.nI'm blessed to have kept all my receipts. Multiple times the owner tried to over charge saying her records showed I had not paid. Regardless of having receipt. During this pandemic we struggled and o explain to her I would pay her the following month for both months she refused and we had to borrow the cash to pay her, so she could let my daughter get her stuff. It seemed she tried scamming people out by over charging. We took our stuff all out and took our business to another place. Its when the customer needs help that people should try to work with them to keep ur business going. This pandemic hasn't been easy on a bunch of us. But sorry for ur troubles. I'll make sure to keep all my receipts for a long time so in case she tries to come back on me. It's been a headache dealing with her. She should keep better records of her units.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Four months in a row now, we have been quadruple charged, sometimes resulting in fees. Whoever runs the office is completely inept. Unfortunately I live 8 hours away, but I will be making a trip down to remove my things from storage as soon as possible. If you would like to fight these people every month to stop overcharging you and to return your money, then this is the storage facility for you.nnAnd now we've been out of the unit for 2 months and we're still getting charged and they refuse to accept responsibility. Super classy!
