Great storage units period gated period up off the ground so water does not get in. Nice rolling doors as well.

* discrimination*nI applied to this property for an apartment. I called eager to get an apartment. They told me they had an apartment COMING AVAILABLE and wasn’t on the website yet, but I know how fast apartments go in Blackfoot and I asked if I could fill out the application and get it in so I was first. They put the application online for me so I could fill it out. I completed is 10 mins after. Went on a tour, loved the apartment. I waited 4 days after then giving me the run around and then they call me after never following up with me when they said they would multiple times and tell me they gave the apartment to someone else. Didn’t even tell me I was denied or anything, just that they gave it to someone else. I was the first person to pay And get my application in! So if you want waste your time with this property you can. But keep in mind they discriminate badly. I was in leasing for a year so I know what to do and this is the worst company I’ve delt with. Don’t even waste your time. AND to add this, the next day I got approved for 1050$ BRAND NEW apartment in Idaho falls and waited LITERALLY one day to hear back. I’m reporting this company for discrimination. If I can get approved for an apartment that’s 600$ more than the one in Blackfoot I KNOW for a fact that they chose someone over me, even when I did everything first and paid. Don’t waste your money or time with this company it’s A COMPLETE JOKE!

After living at the apartments on hunters loop and really having no interaction with the landlords ever we got a letter in the mail saying we had a month to leave with no explanation why. We got no warnings of something being wrong and they refuse to give us an explanation. This same thing is happened to our neighbors too.

We rented an apartment on hunters loop from a ok. I loved the apartment! And by far had the best experience vs other rental companies. These guys were very honest and professional.

Convenient.
